Shocked by horrible customer service

| I purchased this product just a few weeks ago. When I got it I noticed it was too dark so I never opened it, and I followed procedure to send it back and exchange it for the correct color. I received an email today saying I had tampered with the box and damaged the hair so I would only be getting 50% credit toward an exchange. I was shocked that they could take advantage of a customer this way! I even packed the dang thing in bubble wrap so the box wouldn't get damaged! Needless to say, I will NEVER be shopping with this seller. Sadly, I cannot even tell you if the hair felt real or if the product was helpful, since I never saw it out of the box - and never will. There will be no reorder. |
